Powerman this year is on the 11th of November, which is also the date of my friend’s wedding.

Her wedding only happen once in our life time. So, I wont be joining Powerman this year. Plus, I am lack of training. Been working very hard lately. I dont really have chance to exercise nowadays after shifting to the new office. I even missed 2 pilates classes which I have already paid. Sigh!

Kitchen’s Cabinets

October 27, 2007

I was planning to buy a house. After thinking and considering for about 2 months, I finally made a decision to buy an old house and renovate it.

There are lots of renovation to do for the whole house including floor tiles, doors, windows, gate, wall and kitchen. I am going renovate some metal cabinets in my kitchen because they are really strong. They can last longer and require very less maintenance. Furthermore, I am choosing stainless steel metal.

My brother, Jarrell really enjoyed his semester break this year. A few friends and him had made plans to watch their favorite sporting event of all, football, live in England.

They plan to watch the Barclays Premiership game between Manchester United and Chelsea. They have always dreamt of watching an English Premiership game in Old Trafford. It is therefore suitably named The Theatre of Dreams. With more than 80,000 seats it is easily the biggest stadium in England.

They were all so excited about it as I heard them screaming and laughing the other day. All of this boys were like kindergarten kids, idolizing their football superstars like 6 year olds in a toy shop. Jarrell said he was going to run to the pitch just after the final whistle. He was determined to get a picture of Wayne Rooney and himself.

I could see him staring at the ceiling as if his master plan for achieving this feat was been projected on the ceiling. His friends remained silent as he was doing so. They said that they all would dare him to do so. I was laughing silently but at the same time admired my brother as he was able to grab the attention of his peers with his plans.

I then came into the room and said “Dear brother have you bought the football tickets?”

“No problem. I got it on-line at www.viagogo.co.uk ”, he said. Dad will be following him to England he said.

“But Dad doesn’t watch football”, I said.

“Don’t worry I got for him his rugby tickets and cricket tickets already. No problem sister, it’s all just a click away nowadays”.

It seems like everyone also going to travel this December. I thought Simon is joining either the Singapore or Macau Marathon, but he told me that he is going for a France travel.

He has already confirmed the flight tickets and France accommodations. He is going to use the credit voiture service in France so it will be easier for him to travel around.

Online Biker Community

September 30, 2007

I always love sports and one of my favourite sports is none other than biking. Surprisingly, I have lots of male biker friends who are still single. They always asked me to introduce pretty girls to them.

Well, I don’t have girl friends who are still single and available. So, I recommended them bikerplanet.com, a biker dating site. There are thousands of biker singles out there who are looking for partner like them.

Not only for the singles, I also joined to make more biker friends so that I can have more friends to ride with. And I don’t have to ride with the same friends all the time anymore.

Rise: Blood Hunter

September 30, 2007

Watching a Lucy Liu’s movie now titled Rise: Blood Hunter. It is a supernatural thriller in which a reporter (Lucy Liu) wakes up in a morgue to discover she is no longer among the living. She vows revenge against the cult responsible for putting her there and hunts them down one by one.

Surprisingly, Marilyn Manson is also 1 of the cast. So scary la when I see Lucy Liu suck the blood.

Suck the Taufu

September 27, 2007

Sorry if the title sounds rude or ugly. My brother’s jaw will be ok in another 10 days after suffering for more than 1 month. He is gonna shout “Merdeka” out loud.

Something amazing I found out today is that he can suck the bean curd with the straw. Omigod…I’ve taken the video and will upload it soon. Sorry coz it is still in my camera and very lazy to download now.

All these while he only drink milo, horlick, oatmeal, milk, and porridge. Suddenly, his sucking skill has improved alot…LOL!

Going to Crete

September 27, 2007

Every end of the year, my family and I will go for holidays. We had been to few popular tourist destination in Malaysia.

This year, my elder brother suggested to go to Crete in November. Crete was the centre of Europe’s most ancient civilization.

It was a last minute decision. My brother will be paying for everything for our Crete holidays. He managed to book a budget holiday package online which include cheap flights.

In the west of the Crete island the Samaria gorge is one of Europe’s natural wonders. There is a hiking trail through the gorge which is a great way to see the extraordinary landscapes of the national park that features some remarkable rock formations and areas blanketed with flowers. Guess we must go hiking more often to get some stamina in order to hike in Crete.

Better Than Ezra

September 27, 2007

My Better Than Ezra CD spoiled liao. So sad…. I remember The Hans used to cover some of their songs during our 1st few jamming session before the band was formed. My bassist was really a big fan of Better Than Ezra.

Besides that, we also jammed songs by Radiohead, Suede and Weezer. Really miss the good old days. Feel like hitting the snare now. :(
